  Large scale production of lithium batteries requires long-term safe and reliable operation of equipment.

  Modern production lines of lithium bat- tery have business characteristics such as large scale, high power, and com- plex factory internal environment and power grid. Traditional feedback AC power modules often fail to function properly due to high temperature, grid fluctuations, and multi- module parallel resonance, resulting in production line downtime and huge losses, as well as failure of continuous and reliable pro- duction. The unbalanced configuration of the AC module leads to three-phase imbalance of the power grid, which can lead to safety accidents.

  Energy costs have become the main long-term cost of lithium battery pro- duction with the continuous expansion of battery cell capacity and production scale, which often exceeds the inve- stment in facilities. The huge electricity bills erode the profits of enterprises and the corresponding carbon emissions have an undeniable impact on the environment.

  AC power needs to match diverse needs due to the rapid growth of multiple types of battery cells, modules, and PACK

  With the maturity of lithium-ion tech- nology and the continuous decrease in costs, more and more lithium-ion applications are rapidly growing, such as electric vehicles, electric tools, electric two- wheeled vehicles, home energy storage, communication and IDC backup, etc. Corresponding production line equipment and AC power supplies will need to adapt to multiple scenario applications as a variety of battery cells and modules will continue to be updated and iterated.
