The TBMS series lithium battery intelligent management module consists of DCDC bidirectional DC converter and battery management unit BMU. The system can achieve DCDC closed-loop control and bidirectional energy flow through dual chip digital control. It can provide various kinds of protection for lithium battery packs and calculate SOC and SOH; achieve real-time monitoring of voltage and temperature of individual cells, voltage balancing of cells, and external communication, with the advantages of bidirectional wide voltage range, bidirectional voltage/current active control, independent current sharing, real-time monitoring of battery status, parallel external communication, and natural heat dissipation without fan. The products are mainly used in 48V communication backup scenarios and all 48V DC backup systems. With high technological maturity and long operating life, the system can form an independent energy storage unit in conjunction with 48/51.2V lithium-ion battery packs, which can be used in various application scenarios such as mixing old and new batteries, mixing lead-acid/lithium batteries, cascade battery applications, and DC remote supply.
