The After-sales Service Center is a professional team composed of senior engineers and technical experts. This base covers an area of about 600 square meters, and is equipped with large-scale parts warehouses, professional cleaning rooms, separate dispensing and three-protection spraying rooms, as well as whole-machine test rooms and aging rooms. It can undertake more maintenance tasks and also provide the whole process guarantee as same as the production plant. Besides, the center has upgraded the ERP system, and every link of the faulty parts, from receiving, inbound/outbound, maintenance to testing. This further improves the maintenance quality and provides customers with service experience that is more secure and satisfactory.
