Continuous model (F): 

Blue light: Indicate that the module works normally in forward and reverse directions; 

Red light always on: Indicate that the module is abnormal, generates an unrecoverable alarm, and needs to be restarted; 

Red light flashes: Indicate that the module is abnormal, generates an recoverable alarm, and can recover automatically; 

Discontinuous model: 

Blue light: Indicate that the module works normally in forward direction (rectification: AC-DC); 

Green light: Indicate that the module works normally in reverse direction (inversion: DC-AC); 

Red light always on: Indicate that the module is abnormal, generates an unrecoverable alarm, and needs to be restarted; 

Red light flashes: Indicate that the module is abnormal, generates an recoverable alarm, and can recover automatically; 

In case that the red light of the module is always on, this indicates that the module has triggered an unrecoverable fault, such as output overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, etc. In order to clear out such fault, the power supply needs to be restarted. When restarting the power supply, ensure that the power indicator light must be completely off before power on; 

If it fails to work after restarting, please contact our after-sales team for repair and maintenance. 

In case that the red light of the module flashes, this indicates that the module has triggered a self-recovery fault. If the module cannot recover automatically after a moment, please check the following items: 

(1)Check whether the voltage and frequency on the AC power grid side are normal, and whether there are flashover, default phase, and power grid abnormalities, etc. If yes, please contact a professional electrician in time. 

(2)Check whether the ambient temperature exceeds 60℃during module operation. If yes, please regulate the operating ambient temperature of the module as soon as possible. The module can recover automatically only when it is below 45℃. 

(3)If all the above are normal, please contact our after-sales team for repair and maintenance in time. 

There are two possibilities: 1. module internal damage, and 2. LED failure, but the module works normally. 

When the power indicator light is not on, please use a multimeter to measure whether the input and output voltages of the module are normal. 

If the input and output voltages are normal, only the LED fails, and the module can work normally. If the input voltage is normal and there is no output voltage, the module may have internal damage. Please contact our after-sales team for repair and maintenance in time.
